【科普】马厩日常检查小贴士 （中英对照）

Things To Look For: 你要观察的事项：
1、Uneaten food. 未吃完的精料。
2、Long, trench-like marks in the bedding. 垫料被马蹄刨出的长沟。
3、Bedding piled up against a wall. 垫料被马蹄刨到墙角边儿。
4、Less manure than normal. 比平日减少的粪便总量。
5、Watery manure piles or manure stains on the wall. 墙壁上的水样粪便或粪渣。
6、Hard, dry fecal balls (possibly sticky yellow mucous). 干硬的粪球（可能附着黄色黏液)。
※All of the above are signs of problems such as diarrhea, constipation, dehydration, colic, restlessness, pain or injury, or other serious illnesses.
以上均为马儿出现异常情况的信号，比如腹泻、便秘、脱水、腹痛、坐立不安、疼痛、受伤或者其他严重疾病。
If You Observe Any Of The Above: 如果你注意到以上任何情况：
1、Check your horse's Vital Signs.
检查你的马儿的生命特征（包括心率、呼吸、体温等数据）
2、Monitor your horse's attitude and consistency/amount of manure. If either of these is abnormal, call your veterinarian.
严密观察你的马儿的状态以及粪便情况。如果两者之一反常，通知兽医。
3、Offer fresh water and monitor your horse's water intake.
提供清水并观察你的马儿的饮水状态。
4、Offer a small amount of grain. If he doesn't eat, call your veterinarian.
提供少量精料，如果马儿不进食，通知兽医。
5、Examine your horse for any injuries or pain.
检查马儿身上是否有损伤和疼痛。
※Call your veterinarian if you suspect that your horse may be ill. 如果你怀疑你的马儿可能生病了，立即通知兽医。
