Horses and Breeding

Horses: Well-trained horses are provided by clubs, or good runners are chosen at the destination. One man one horse for short journey; one man two horses for long one.  
Breeding: Stable breeding for short trip. Raising by local inhabitant for long one.

Transport: Specialized trucks 130 are used for transporting and each is loaded by 7 horses.

Requisite Equipments: Boots or Leg guard, gloves, helmets, etc. Saddles self-contained are advised.

Clothes: bringing clothes that is breathable and can also prevent riders from rain, wind and cold.

Medicines: bring haemostatic and antichloristic medicines. Antidiarrheic are also necessary.

Other equipments: e.g. tent, sleeping bag, compass, interphone

Vehicles

The leader will arrange the vehicles. Members should share the fee including roll and gas cost. Usually pay less than ¥30 in total if traveling in Beijing or follow the standard of ¥0.2 per kilometer to the car owner.

Riding safety and Insurance

Riding is a middle/high-risk activity; therefore, the riders have to pay more attention to safety. Relative knowledge and skills should be learned systematically before launching. Professional training are better, which needs 10 to 30 hours. Then you can start your adventure safely. More details can be found in Off-road Riding in our forum.

Avoid getting in any conflicts during traveling. Once happened, you should inform the captain as soon as possible. The captain will handle the problems.

You can join the tourisms in a group freely. As riding is a kind of high-risk sports, buying insurance is advised. Riders should obey the captain and have good knowledge of safety and riding skills to avoid risks. Everyone volunteers to join in our activity and is responsible for their safety too.
